Dr. Ayşe Tuba Altuğ graduated from University of Ankara, School of Dentistry in 1995 and Surgical Orthodontic Research Fellowship Program of New York University Medical Center Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery in 2001. she is serving as faculty member at the same university’s Orthodontics Department and at the same time pursuing doctorate on Basic Biotechnology at University of Ankara, Institute of Biotechnology. She has been working as the Secretary General of the Turkish Orthodontic Society for the last 4 years. She has given conferences and hands-on courses on “presurgical infant orthopedics for cleft lip and palate – nasoalveolar molding” at several universities in Turkey. She has published many articles and still working on surgically assisted rapid maxillary expansion (SARME). Her current interests revolves around genetics of cleft lip and palate, genetics of hypodontia, surgically assisted rapid maxillary expansion (SARME), pharyngeal airway changes in skeletal Class II and Class III malocclusion following orthognathic surgery.
Dr. Sherry Peter graduated from Kerala university in 1990 with an MBBS followed by BDS from the University of Annamalai, Tamilnadu in 1994. By 2001 he obtained the FDS RCS (Edin) and FRCS (Glasgow) and returned to India. Following that he worked in Amrita institute of Medical sciences, AIMS, Kochi as a senior specialist and later as a clinical professor in the department of Cranio Maxillofacial surgery from 2001 to 2014. During this tenure, besides the post of a Professor, he held the role as “ Project director “of a cleft lip and palate programme in partnership, with “Smiletrain” an NGO focused on cleft deformities . He also was the programme director of a one year fellowship on cleft and craniofacial surgery, from 2007 to 2012. Dr. Peter conducts regular workshops on orthognathic surgery , distraction osteogenesis and surgical orthodontics in India and abroad
Did her graduation & post-graduation from Government Dental College Trivandrum. She is currently a Consultant in Aster Medicity after completing as well as working in cleft & craniofacial fellowship program in Amrita institute of medical sciences, till May 2014. She has 14 international publications to her credit and is a reviewer of British Medical Journal - case report, & Indian journal of maxillofacial & oral surgery. She is a Fellow of Indian board of surgeons and International board of oral & maxillofacial surgeons. She has obtained Membership Diploma in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, Glasgow. (MOMS RCS Edinburgh). She has been an invited faculty for several hands on courses in orthognathic surgery

Dr. Maria John Kuriakose did her undergraduate training from Government Dental College, Trivandrum. She worked as an MRC Fellow in University of Bristol (UK) and obtained her Ph.D in Physiology from the same University. Following that she worked as Research Assistant Professor in Department of Oral Diagnostics, University of Buffalo (USA) and Adjunct Assistant Professor in, Department of Basic Sciences in New York University(USA). She obtained her postgraduate training in Orthodontics from NYU school of Dentistry. She has worked in Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences as a consultant in the Cranio Maxillo facial department since 2004 and is also Professor in the Department of Orthodontics in Amrita Dental College. She is an invited speaker for both national and international conferences on cleft and craniofacial orthodontics and surgical orthodontics and has been a faculty on hands on courses for orthognathic surgery.
